of concentrate. You can have

your home, as well as any

plants grown on the premises.

illegal and a first time
offense (under 50 Ibs) may
be punishable by up to 2
years imprisonment / $5,000
fine. An additional offense
can result in 2.5 years of
imprisonment or a $10,000
